Welcome to CandleMe! By purchasing from our small business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information

  • Our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.

  • We do our best to accurately describe each product, but colors may appear different due to screen settings.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

  • Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across Canada. Shipping times vary depending on location.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our candles, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • If a return is approved, the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • We do not accept returns for used candles or change-of-mind purchases.

5. Candle Care & Safety

  • For best results, follow our Candle Care Guide (included with every purchase).

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable objects, pets, and children.

  • We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper candle use.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during checkout is securely processed and never shared with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • CandleMe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

🕯 Candle Safety – Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects, pets, and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use for a clean, even burn. Follow our Candle Care Guide for best results.

🔒 Privacy – We respect your privacy and never share your personal information. All data is securely processed and used only for order fulfillment and customer support.
